With 12 ensuite bedrooms, wood panelled lounge with chandeliers and log fire, hydronic heating throughout, lots of cosy corners for social and quiet times, extensive gardens and resident birdlife including occasional eagles.

Yoga, Massage, Reiki and NLP (mindset) available in-house and bathing packages can be arranged at the Hepburn Bathhouse (500m walk away).

A full commercial kitchen is available by arrangement for groups, and catering options for individuals are flexible including packed lunch options. With safe lockup for bikes, guest laundry, all bedding/ toiletries provided and a full liquor licence– you are free to enjoy the track by day and relax at night in a fun and comfortable environment.
