Alternative walking route around Leanganook (Mount Alexander)
Mount Alexander Regional Park is closed to the public, which means the walking section of the Goldfields Track is closed.
Track closures around Hepburn Springs
Parts of the Goldfields Track are closed north of Hepburn Springs: the Blowhole to Hepburn-Newstead Road, and Hepburn- Newstead Road

Goldfields Track – Safety Update
Due to recent fires, parts of the Goldfields Track around Harcourt and Liyanganuk/Leanganook have been impacted and are not safe
