Event at the Garfield Water Wheel – Sunday 3 May

When: Sunday 3 May from 10am to 1pm (drop in anytime between those hours)
Where: Garfield Water Wheel, Castlemaine Diggings National Heritage Park
What: Two archaeologists will be on site to answer any questions you may have about the Garfield Water Wheel – how it was built, when, what it was used for, how it worked and what it meant for life on the gold fields.

This is a drop in event, and Parks Victoria will also be onsite to share information about walks and activities in the Park. Come and have a chat and ask as many questions as you like.

This event is being run as part of the Australian Heritage Festival from 18 April to 18 May.
