Need something to entertain the kids these school holidays? Did you know that a baby alpaca is called a Cria? Visit the Creswick Woollen Mills these school holidays and get up close to a gorgeous baby Alpaca and feel their luxurious fleece.
Now you can have your fun on the Goldfeilds Track, AND give the kids a nature lesson.
Alpaca are gentle animals that communicated by humming and love chasing each other around their paddock. They are naturally very inquisitve and enjoy being patted and fed.
So have a break from the Goldfields Track and take the family to Australia's last coloured wool spinning mill, and of course, make sure you put in your vote for the cutest cria.
Entry is free and the Mill is open every day from 9am - 5pm. Want more information on the Mill? Click here
